Bug reports. A button that doesn’t work, a layout that breaks in your browser, an error message that won’t go away — tell us and we’ll fix it.
Incorrect or missing data. If an address shows the wrong city, ISP, or VPN flag, send us the details. We’ll flag it to the right data provider.
Privacy requests. GDPR questions, access or deletion requests, or anything about the Privacy Policy.
Business and partnerships. Collaborations, integrations, or reuse questions — start the conversation with a short summary.
Abuse reports. If someone is using our name or domain in spam or phishing, forward the message so we can act.
Help us help you
A few details in your first email save a round trip. Ideally include:
The page URL and the IP address involved (if any);
What you expected and what you actually saw;
Your browser and operating system, and roughly when it happened;
A screenshot if the issue is visual.
Is an IP showing the wrong location?
One thing to know upfront: this site doesn’t own the geolocation databases — we present data from independent providers such as ipwho.is, ipapi.co, and proxycheck.io. Corrections therefore have to be made at the source, and each provider runs its own update channel that eventually reaches every lookup site, including this one.
That said, do email us the address and the expected result: we can often tell you which provider is responsible and point you to the fastest fix, and persistent problems in a provider’s data are worth us raising directly.
A note on security
We will never ask you for passwords, payment details, or remote access to your computer, and the only official address for this site is info@tuti.lt. If an email claiming to come from us does anything else — urgent payment demands, suspicious attachments, links that don’t end in tuti.lt — don’t click anything; forward it to info@tuti.lt instead so we can warn others.
